Standard Ground Shipping

Most packages will arrive in 5 to 14 business days in the continental United States.

Shipping time does not include the day the order was placed, or weekends and holidays. This shipping method is not available for every destination.

Shipping time is not guaranteed during the Holiday season (Dec 12 to Dec 26).

• Ground Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories and other countries.
• Ground Shipping cannot deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Returns/Cancelation Policy

Call Customer Service within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund excluding any shipping charges. Shipping charges are refunded only if the fault is that of Children’s Trust Fund of Oregon. Food and drink items cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
