Donate by mail, using our simple Donation Form (pdf). Mail your completed form with an enclosed check to: Children’s Trust Fund of Oregon Foundation, PO Box 14694, Portland, Oregon 97293.

Charitable Tax Checkoff

You can make your mark to change a child’s life by using the state’s Charitable Checkoff Donation on your Oregon tax form each season to contribute a portion of your refund to Charity Code 20. If tax professionals prepare your tax forms, tell them that you want a portion of your refund to go to the Children’s Trust Fund of Oregon. The Oregon Department of Revenue will send your donation directly to us where 100% of your gift will be used to support families and protect children at risk for abuse and neglect.

Gift Matching

Many companies offer a Gift Matching Program to maximize the donations employees make to qualified charitable organizations. Ask your employer if a gift matching opportunity exits at your company and you may double your donation, and our opportunity to protect children in Oregon.

Fred Meyer is donating $2.5 million to local schools and nonprofits each year through their Community Rewards Program. You can help us to earn a quarterly donation by linking your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to the Children’s Trust Fund of Oregon, and by using it each time you shop at Fred Meyer.

Amazon will donate a portion of your eligible purchases to help protect Oregon kids when you shop at smile.amazon.com. To donate while you shop, go to smile.amazon.com and select the Children’s Trust Fund of Oregon as the charitable organization you would like to receive your gift.
